
Payment is due in full at the time of the ticket purchase. (An exception is made for reserving group ticket blocks). We take VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER, as well as CASH. GW students and staff can pay through their GWorld account using their GWID in person at the GW Box Office location in Lisner Auditorium only.
DAY OF EVENT SERVICES
Unless otherwise noted, the box office opens one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start time of an event. For events at Lisner Auditorium, walk up sales will be serviced at the north vestibule window, while will call pick-up and reprints will be serviced at the south vestibule window. For events at other venues, a box office position will be centrally located near the main entrance, and can accommodate all ticketing customer service needs.
ALL GUESTS 2 YEARS AND OLDER MUST HAVE A TICKET
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
In the event a show has been canceled, as long as Management has your contact information, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid for tickets, including all fees, by the same method of payment used for the purchase. If you purchased your tickets by cash, you must come to the Box Office during operating hours with the printed tickets and photo identification to receive a cash refund. Tickets purchased by cash will only be refunded for up to 30 days from the cancellation notification. If you purchased your tickets at a retail outlet, please return them to the same location.
If the event is rescheduled and Management has your contact information, Management will contact you with the new date and time of the event. The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled events is made by the individual artist or promoter.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly.

THIRD PARTY TICKET PURCHASE ALERT
We do not allocate tickets or authorize any other ticket seller, services, brokers or agents to sell our tickets unless noted below.
When you buy from a broker:
- We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties
- Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance
- You may be paying much more than the ticket's face value
- We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other information
Duplicate, counterfeit or otherwise altered tickets will not be honored for admission to any performance.

DYNAMIC PRICING
The George Washington University Box Office may employ "dynamic pricing" for select events, meaning the price of tickets may (but will not necessarily) fluctuate over time and/or in response to demand. The adjustment of ticket pricing is made by the management of the venue, in cooperation with the producers of the event. This may take place without prior notice.
